Hotel and Restaurant Management
Overview
Hotel and Restaurant Management majors and their professors develop a close working relationship here at Georgia Southern University. Students are involved with faculty through on-site and off-site special events that combine classroom lectures with opportunities for applied management experiences. One good example of our management-oriented training is the Friday lunch series. HRM students market, prepare and serve lunch in the HRM Dining Room on most Fridays each semester. Georgia Southern University is the only university in Georgia that offers such a program.
